How can stress and tension be avoided during examinations?
Well, here's how.
1. You need plenty of rest. So start going to sleep earlier like two or three days before the exams.
2. You shouldn't drink anything with caffeine two to three days before.
3. You should study your material a week before the exams for at least an hour each day. So, by the time the exams come, then you will have seven hours of studying under your belt.
4. Pray a couple days before you take the exam asking God for wisdom, strength, guidance, and for Him to just help bring back the terms and things that you have studied.
That's how I used to get over being stressed and my tensions released. I would do the things above.

A great thing to help you sleep is the scent of lavendar. You can purchase lavendar oil at the health food store... use about three drops in your bath water. Or you can use lavendar inscence... works like a charm. You can also try meditating.. start with the toes... flex them then relax them.. work your way up your body flexing and relaxing each part. In no time you should be relaxed and ready to sleep. There is also Nytol... they have a natural brand of those in the drug store... and you can try to drink a nice cup of Chamomile tea to help you relax as well. Hope these ideas help you some.

Read only what you have learnt earlier. Never attempt new topics or subjects you had not learnt earlier.
