This is not a reasonable question. There are over 3,800 colleges and universities in the USA. Thousands of them are private schools which set their own standards for admission and transfer credit.

You should go to collegeboard.com or princetonreview.com and go through the search systems to narrow down the choices of schools you are interested in. Then you can individually email to the admissions depts of the top 10 or 20 schools you are interested in. American schools have many international students, so they are used to receiving and evaluating requests from foreign students, especially if you have attended a well-known university in your home country.

As others pointed above each university has set their own guidelines and in most of the schools the credits you can transfer are evaluated by a set of qualified administrators. But you could still get a generic guideline by looking at the admission requirements for transfer applicant for undergraduate programs.
I would suggest you have a look at http://www.bigstudent.com and go to the universities you are interested in. Click on undergraduate application and for most of universities they will have link for transfer applicants which would be self explanatory as far as transfer credits are concerned. If you still have queries then send an email to the email address listed for under-grad admissions.

US Universities differ from state to state and from private to public for their specific requirements. It is best to go directly to their website and look at their admission and transfer requirements at the university that you want to go to.
