Gosh, you could be talking about anything from a cremello/perlino/smokey black to a palomino or even a buckskin or a dun, or even a roan.
I'm guessing that you're talking about a horse carrying one or more copies of a dilution factor. Palominos and buckskins are kinda a light golden brown, and some chestnuts/sorrels are pretty light but still kinda a reddish gold.. Cremellos/perlinos/smokey blacks are an almost whitish shade of very pale beige. Roans have a mixed coat, as do greys, with some of the basecoat showing mixed in with the white. I've never seen what I would call a true beige horse.

Beige....well, that could be a few things.
A palomino colored horse is a light golden color with white mane and tail.
A buckskin is a light golden colored horse with black mane and tail. Also has black tipped ears and legs. A dun colored horse is similar to buckskin but has a dorsal stripe, or a black streak on it's back.
There are also colors like Cremello, which is more like an off-white color, looks like a white horse, but they have blue eyes.
Then there is also a whole line of Champagne colors. They look very metallic colored and vary in colors from a darker brown to a very light ivory color.
I think I would look and see what breed of horse it is, and look at the markings (mane, tail, and black stripes, or not)
Good luck.

Buckskin or dun is a beige color in a horse. Some very light palaminos appear beige.

a beige horse with a black mane and tail is called buckskin, or dun if it has a black stripe on it's back. Another possibility is a palomino which has white mane and tail but is more often golden colored.

depends on the kind of beige. Does it have black legs and mane and tail, well chances are it is a buckskin. If it has a darker brown mane and tail and a dark brown dorsal stripe it may be a dunn. If it a creamy color with a creamy mane and tail it may be considered a palomino

Beige in the horse world can cover many colours off horses in the horse world.
A beigy coloured horse with a cream mane and tail is a palomino.
A darkish beigy coloured horse with a black mane and tail is a dun.
A light beigy/creamy coloured all over is called cream.
