social workers r involved becuz my ex calls repeatdly 2 report false allegations. trying 2 find a worker 2 believe him im also in 5 malicious intent cases against him (2 get access 2 the "annonymous reports" 2 gain access 2 him making these reports) there is nothing more 2 the story other then him lying, ive got set visitation, every other week spring/xmas breaks & a month in summer, but the judge hasnt heard the whole case due to the fact that it took a yr &a half (after 3 continuances on his side) 2 get back in2 court . have a guardian adlitem she is totally for me, but neither she or social services can force him 2 go 2 counseling, we fought back n forth (thru lawyers due 2 the fact my ex wont speak with me) until my last court date & he agreed 2 everything i asked for. which was totally opposite up to the point of walking in2 the court room. but now he is reappealing the order???? my lawyer & the guardian ad litem say i need 2 wait a yr 2 go 4 custody menwhil the kids suffer????

I see one thing BLARING out like a red flag in both your postings.
You blame your ex for everything, when one thing remains the same.
YOU GAVE YOUR CHILDREN AWAY!!!
That, and that alone, is why your children are suffering. If you would've kept them, although it would've been hard, you wouldn't be in this mess........
You have an excuse for everything. Stop making so many excuses, and make the most of your visitation. Start taking responsibility for yourself and your actions.
Think before you speak. If you start to say anything that blames your ex,.....shut up. Only make "I" statements....

I am going to do (blank) for my kids.....
Put your kids first, stop fighting.
If the guardian ad litem says you need to wait, they aren't as "for you" as you claim.....

Continue to work with your lawyers and social workers. He`s trying to prove you unfit. Why didn`t you receive custody in the beginning? Yeah the kids are suffering, but sounds like it`s gonna be awhile before this is all resolved. Good luck with the fight!
