all the other channels r working but not music channles it has come up for your information there are no services of this type of available. what do i do

Hi!

Sky boxes seem to download the EPGs (Electronic Programme Guides) in "batches".

This sort of message is quite common and seems to be when it has failed to download one or more of them.

The only solution I have found is to unplug the box for at least 15 seconds and then plug it back in again.

The box will then automatically reset itself over the next minute or so and it should be fine again (until it happens again that is!).

It's normal, just the way the system works when there has been a minor glitch. Nothing to worry about, just a bit of a pain if it happens too often!

Phone Sky and check they haven't mistakenly removed your music mix.Or try turning off the box at the mains,swap the ends of the scart lead round and turn back on.

I turn off the socket for a few seconds and turn back on. this usually works.

check scart lead sometimes mine comes loose good luck
