Also think about why they moved to the Bahamas in the first place I have a hunch with her naming the child Dannilynn Marshall Stern it may be her Husbands Howard Marshall besides that fact anyone who is present can sign the birth certificate that can ALways be argued later a lot of women who are unmarried give the child there boyfriends last name it is not un common..Besides She was not even legitamitly "Married" to HKS these guys need to get the DNA over with and bury the poor lady..irregardless of her Mothers relationship past or present with her she is her BLOOD and half the times Anna talked about her Mom she was under influence of Drugs and stuff,I dont believe that is for a court to deceide what kind of relationship she had with her mom ..Wake up people what kind of Relationship did she have with HKS she didnt Marry him and evidentally she had Affairs with other guys who may be the father if he Loved and cared about her so much in life why didnt he help her drug prob

It is time that people wake up and realize Anna was always drugged up!!! How can someone drugged make a decent conclusion on anything. The woman has not been in her right mind for what seems like forever. The mother is the next of kin,Anna and Howard were never married and he allowed her to make a fool of herself everyday he was in her life!! This man is not what I would want my Child around for one minute. He is dangerous and has a freaky side to him that children should not be allowed to be around. What ever differences Anna and her mother maty have had The mothe should have her daughter laid to rest along with the son in Texas. People are dug up from the grave for many reasons,just move the son and let them both rest in peace!!

I think the judge made a legal decision and awarded the body to the next of kin-her daughter-and I think he was right. I think it is pretty obvious the father is LB and HKS has never claimed to be the biological father just the legal father under Bahama's law. This DNA testing is going to be dragged out quite awhile IMO. I do agree Anna should be buried next to her son in the Bahamas.

I don't think her mom should and the father of her child shouldn't be the general answer to a case like this , I mean who would want an ex husband they have a child with claim their body hence the word ex..
but any ways
I think Howard K Stern was her partner in a modern since , some view him as common law husband
I think Howard did everything Anna told him to do , he ran her business , thus I think he is entitled (like him or not)

if Anna Nicole hated Texas and wanted to be buried in the Bahamas ,then she should get her wish.and i never heard of DNA test take so long. i think the whole thing is ridicules.they need to hurry up and get that baby where she belongs.I'm sure that baby is getting close to Howard k stern by now.but if Anna Nicole's mother loved her she would let her be buried where she wanted.and another thing if Anna Nicole's mother was so loving how come her grandson never even bother to call her he was old enough to use a phone.

Where has she been the past couple of years!! There was obviously a reason for Anna not wanting to keep contact with her mom. I think it's disgusting that people crawl out of the woodworks to claim a child when they haven't been involved at all. She's probably just after the money that the child will hopefully get!!

if her mother cared anything about anna, she would have mended the relationship and never went 10 YEARS without speaking. anna's mother does not deserve anything that belong to anna. nothing. anna's mother isn't a real loving mother or she would have found some way to reach anna, a real mother would have never turned their backs on the child because of drugs or whatever. the dna testing has probably already been done and is held up by attorney's trying to beef up there case.

As far as the paternity testing goes.... Danielynn is the missing link here. Howard needs to give her over for testing. There is speculation that the lawyers in Howard's camp know that Birkhead is the father and they are just working out details with Birkead's lawyers in terms of Danielynn/Anna's estate. Howard wants in on that and once they work that out he will give Danielynn over for DNA testing. Eventually, I am guessing, Anna and Daniel's bodies will be moved to the US once the paternity and guardianship is settled.

They are keeping her body for DNA testing so they can prove that the baby being tested is really Dannielynn and not a switched baby. WHY should her mother get the say in where she should be buried. Nicole chose to have her son buried in the Bahamas, I think that she should be buried with HER SON, not anywhere near the mother she did not get along with.

I really don't agree with that. See when you actually BUY a place for yourself to be buried in and it is next to your son (who you loved more than life itself), I really think that sends a message about where YOU wanted to be buried. Besides we all saw the tape that was played in court and I has also seen it before (the insider) and she (Anna Nicole) made it very clear that she didn't want to have any thing to do with her mother.
And does she want to be buried by a mother she didn't see for over a decade?

She should be with her son, where she wanted to be. She obviously planned on things happening that way because she bought the plot next to his. If she wanted to be buried in the US she would have put here son there too.
I agree with the DNA testing issue, but there are too many other emotional issues at the moment. Let the woman be put to rest, THEN do the paternity test.
