All positive real numbers are greater than zero, not just integers. So +1, +1.5, +15000000, +6.775456 and +0.000000000000001 are all greater than zero. Even the smallest positive number you can think of is greater than zero, even if only by the smallest amount, so even 1x10^-99999999 (which is a very small number indeed !) is greater than zero. On the other hand, all negative real numbers are less than zero.
