Its hard to say, coz there are many names which have positon mentioned along with due to which name extends, such as anterior or posterior etc. But if we exclude such suffix and prefixes then this could be Gluteus Maximus. But as I said I am not sure. May be simple google search helps.

I don't know if it's the longest name...but it's my favorite!

Sternocleidomastoid. It's in your neck and it helps flex and rotate your head.

sternocleidomastoideus muscle. three muscle that crisscross from sternum, clavicle and lower jaw.
