The song I have heard Nelly singing recently is I think 'Mysterious Girl'
The man singing in the background sounds to me like Phil Oakey out of the Human League from the 80's.
Can anyone tell me who this is please?

The song is called Promiscous Girl by Nelly Furtado. The guy in the background is super producer (much more than a rapper and actually NOT really a rapper in the popular sense of the word...) Timbaland. He produced most of the late Aaliyah's later music as well as a lot of Justin Timberlake's music, including SexyBack. Peace.

I have no idea who Phil Oakey is but the only song that comes to mind is "Promiscuous" featuring Timbaland.

its not its a rapper called timbaland and the song is called promiscuous girl, but its quite commonly mistaken for mysterious girl, hope that helps!!
