The link is to the Swedish phone book online.There are two Ingegerd Andersson (two "s") listed as living in Säffle. 40 Ingegerd Andersson listed in Värmland and 803 Ingegerd Ansersson listed in Sweden. The first field that says "Vem" is where you type the name, the second field where it says "Var" is where you put the location. "Sök" means search.

That will be difficult. Andersson is maybe the most frequent family name in Sweden - and she probably changed it anyway when (and if) she married. But if you happen to know her birthday you could combine "Ingegerd" with her birth date at http://www.birthday.se/fodelsedagssokning/ . It's only in Swedish. But the search boxes in the red area to the right translates like this:
