Has the The Primitives song crash that Matt willis is going to be bring out in april been on a film sound track because swear I have heard the song before?

I'm not sure if it has been in a film or not but it is on an advert for dangerous driving. It looks like the camera is travelling around at speed and people passing by singing the song and then he crashes!
