To many variables, so I'll deal with what I know.
- In the case of sexual abuse victims I normally suggest getting counseling and taking legal action.
- In cases of bullying, physical and non physical, do the same and/or see a school official (if in school).
I suggest legal action for one reason: They ruined your life, so they may as well ruin their own. If a victim of abuse takes a case to court, and the assailant is charged (or better, convicted) of a felony, they'll have to disclose it on every application they fill out for the rest of their lives.
Another nice side effect of going to court is it gets public. People will hear why the person spent a few hours in a holding cell until bail was posted, and in some cases, why their still in the cell during the trial.

Seeking revenge can only hurt you. And holding the anger in your heart can ruin your life. You must let it go and move on. Remember, the best revenge is a good life.

You do nothing. To take any form of revenge would simply drag you down to their level. Just go on and live your life the best way you can, and keep in your mind that their karma will catch up with them.

believe in Karma , what goes around comes around. The only person who will get hurt by you hating someone is you, they will live their life's regardless. So live yours and they will get their come up pence. I know from experience.

that's difficult, i talk about stuff with my brother, and my brother usually makes me feel better, he'll vent like me and say, for example: that person is a worthless piece of human debris and someone needs to put a bullet in his head and dump him in the desert, that always makes me feel better.

First, don't let them know they have gotten under your skin this much.
Even if you do something, they will blow it off as your problem not theirs and probably get a bigger kick.
There will come a day when someone bigger and badder will get even with him for you

my boyfriend recently cheated on me and i poured paint stripper over his car, this was very effective for me! wot u hav to figure out is wot the person loves most and hit them where it really hurts.
