There are ways, but they have side effects.
Why do you want a bigger glans? Cosmetic? If so, you should be aware that the exercises used to increase the size of the head also stretch the small blood vessels in the penis and give the glans a lumpy look that is not particularly cosmetic.
If your reason is so it "works" better, the stretching may also decrease the sensitivity and you might be disappointed in that respect.
May I suggest that you be happy with what you have...it is much less frustrating.
