yes you will need an adaptor you can buy these from argos you get 2 different adaptors one with round pins this one you can use in spain and other places the other one is the american version where the pins are square this is the one that you will need

It depends on the resort. I've been twice and had a different voltage outlet in each resort. I would bring one just in case. Or you can e-mail the resort to find out.
