my son in 13 and goes to an elementery school he is in 6 grade. we have been haveing trouble with the bus driver writing him up for no reason. well to day the bus driver said he stood up on the bus and yelled pu$$y , and wrote him up. the boys that he was supposed to be calling this to was called in the office. the principal asked them if he said it they said no! the principal yelled at them till cried then they said yes he said it but my son still denied it so the frustrated principal grabbed the chair as my son sat in it and lifted him up and slammed it back down hard throwing my son and hitting his head ... i went to the boys house and spoke to them and there story is the same as my son .. how do i handle this situation and is it right . he wants my son to confess to something he DIDNOT do ! i have 7 witnesses that my son did not say it and 3 witnesses that the principal did in fact throw my son . he came home hurting so i took him to the ER and they said he was a little bruised

Your son has been assaulted. Have the guy arrested, and then take out a civil action against the school.

Yeah...kids never lie or stick together and the bus driver has nothing better to do that write up a kid for yelling a slur. I think you need to open your eyes a little more there. I didn't witness what the principle did so did your son overreact and create a worse situation. It's your closed mind and eyes that is going to get your son into more trouble in the future.

Call the education department. Communicate with the principal by email so you have everything in writing. Find out who is head of the parent committee and inform them about the incident. I would treat the principals behaviour as a separate incident as no matter what your child did or did not do, it is not exceptable for a principal to act this way. if you get no where with the education department contact your local member of parliment.
