Shall anyone of them read thousands of answers and choose the best out of all?

The main factor is that they are like advertisement agents campaining Yahoo Answers.Surely they cant have time to read even 10 answers to their questions.You can also think of it in this manner,that its your chance to be picked out of thousands of others .

The meaning of asking questions in the Yahoo answers is the right of a person to ask But sometimes it educates others or sometimes it confuses.
The choosing of the answer as the best goes to the person asking for that Sir. If you cannot go through the complete answers leave it as it is then the role of judges come in to action. that is all.

They are not just asking questions. They are making the whole bunch of people logging into yahoo answers think over the matter. The more you think, the more you enlighten yourself. At a point of time, you start putting practical efforts from your own side the resolve the issue.
Secondly, true that they themselves personally donot go through each and every answer, but they have a team, going through each and every answer, comparing all the answers, analyzing them and deciding the best possible answer. The computer doesnot randomly select this best answer. They are talking about serious issues here and their panel is deifnitely on process with the evaluation of the answers.
Nobody would pay much heed to the question if I ask the same question. Plenty of people have already asked about terrorism in yahoo answers. but nobody would have even got as close as 50 answers, while Mr. Pez scored tons of them. That does make some difference doesn't it?

No Buddy knows what satisfaction u have got after asking this question. But it is true that u must have think before asking this question and u have asked it actually so it is natural that u r expecting some answers.
In the manner all these big names are trying to spread their thoughts and some time may be sharing some of them.

- i thnik they both visited my country, mauritius, some time ago N i aprreciated the president very much. The irony is that in an Indian country a muslilm is the president whereas in any muslim country no indian can be anyone.

The meaning of Sushmita or President asking these questions is to collect many different ideas from many different people with many different experiences. Many factors in our environment brings different opinions and realities for us(mom, dad, sister, brother, friends, relatives, teachers, co-workers, books, authors, films etc) In a single lifetime its impossible for us to know everyone's opinions and experiences and then create our own understanding about them. Hence this is an attempt to know as many life-experiences, interpretations about them, sources that helped people form their opinions at one single place. You would best answer their questions if you had some of the sources, quotes, or experiences mentioned there.
To think of how they will read all the answers and select the best, they will apply the concept akin to parliamentary elections. For every ten(fifteen/twenty whatever) answers, one person will be assigned to select one best answer. Then one experienced person to choose one best out of these best. More experienced to choose best out of next level of bests' and so on. The answerer who clears all levels of scrutiny is OUGHT to be THE BEST. Isn't it?

All who visit here either to ask or to answer a question are the same so far as I am concerned, be it the President of India or Timbuktu or the Beauty queen from Earth or Mars!!
