Salary cap space, salary limit for teams, can't teams just pretend to have alot of cheap salaried players and then just give them money for all amounts that they want? Resulting to having more talented players in a team that needs one.

Not supposed to happen. Take for instance the Sacramento Kings, owned by the casino moguls the Maloofs. I believe that technically the Maloofs are not supposed to comp these guys when they stay at the Palms or dole out freebies over a certain financial threshold. I think that Jeff van Gundy last year was warned about the same sort of infraction when he took the Rockets to Las Vegas during a road trip. That said, owners like Cuban do make locker rooms, team planes, et al so nice that it does attract players. Also, some teams can offer other incentives. Florida has no state income tax, so players make a little more money there.

cant. in the nba everyone have a limit mean sign let say melo everyone know he hasa brigth future so they couldnt offer him 2 million a year and pay him wat he wants cause taht would cause a lot of red flag, because melo has a range of wat he can be signed at he wade james and bosh were in the same pay class so they have to ge the same deal. secondly if team could do that no team would be over the salary cap they would jsut pay under the table the nba would be ina worst condition than they r look at nyc or dallas u c would have more alllstar and pay they a hell of alot more than they could make with their regular team

yep,the joe smith fiasco was an example of "under the table" negotiations..the NBA found out about it and penalized the twolves by taking away their 1st round picks for 3 years(i think)

plus its not really credible for first class talents to have third class salaries..

I think that already happened. Remember when Joe Smith was with the Minnesota T'Wolves? It was somewhat under the table negotiation. When the NBA knew about this Minnesota got penalized with a 1st round draft pick.
