Look up IBS.(irritable bowel syndrome) It sounds like what you have. I have it...and it sucks. But there are medications you can take to help.

Sounds like you have developed an ulcer.
Get an EGD right away. You also have the symptoms of a "spastic colon" Have you doctor give you a complete colonoscopy.
Refrain from spicy foods. He will likely prescribe Nexium.
Do not delay. This could be very serious.
Good Luck

Sounds like a colonoscopy is needed to find out what you have. You could have gas pockets in your colon. Or Diverticulitis (my mom has that and has some of your same symptoms.) Some
of your symptoms could be caused by stress from worrying about
what is wrong with you. Just go to the doctor. He/She may send
you to a specialist.

Hi there I'm glad your seeing your GP but my partner went with these sort of problems and he was told he had irritable bowel syndrome, might be worth mentioning it to your doctor
good luck
