are thy suited to payg? I am with t-mobile and was thinking of getting one and was wondering if they are contract only?

you can buy an unlocked one on ebay. But depending on the model, expect to pay 150-300.

They are available for PAYG but this is limited to the Web Based Post Office Protocol (POP3)format for email and need to be configured with a different APN (Access Point Name) to work.

Blackberry phone works practically everywhere, but still check with T-mobile. Some places 900 band is required, which some models of blackberry do not have.

The only people i no who have them is thoose who need them for work, so i'm not sure if you can get them on PAYG
