i will u tell you easiest way, buy a usb device to ur laptop which detects simcard now available on market, just like card reader, buy that simcard reader, and insert your that simcard on that device and ur compurter acts like a mobile, u can attend ur mobile calls from ur computer thru earphones and speaker, by that there is problem with mobile recharging the battery, only with ur laptop battery u can connect internet with that sim card reader,
And after that for connection airtel providing internet with less cost, per day they will charge 15 rupees, it may vary by location u are, speed 64 kbps, it wont deduct every day, when ever u connect intenet it will deduct 15rs, if u didt connect a day, it wont deduct that day. hope this may help you

use a data card, and the best is from Airtel as far as i know. . .it is a simple procedure in itself if you goto Airtel Office. . .
