Actually, you are supposed to eat 5 small meals per day. And I do. Here's an example:

Early morning: 1 small to medium sized Banana

Late morning: 1 cup high fiber cereal with 8 ounces fat free yogurt and 1/2 cup berries

Early afternoon: 1-1/2 ounces of 50% or 75% fat free cheese

Late afternoon: 2 cups of Salad with 2 ounces lean protein and fat free, calorie free dressing

Early evening: 4 ounces lean protein, 1/2 cup whole grains, 1 cup steamed vegetables. A piece (1 ounce) of dark chocolate for dessert.

That's approximately 1400 calories for the day.

not really. I always eat breakfast and I eat a yummy creative salad for dinner usually. In between I might have an apple or some yogurt or banana. I never eat 3 definite solid meals though.

I agree. I broke removed from the "3 squares an afternoon" and started eating 7-10 small nutrients/snacks. interior the final 3 months I lost 30 kilos and am lots closer to the way my physique is meant to look and artwork...

Not really. I'm never hungry in the morning, so I ususally don't eat until around 1 in the afternoon.

thats a good question i figured everybody ate 3 and that i was a freak but i see im not alone :)
i have no breakfast then small lunch and then big dinner not really working for me though but has become my routine nonetheless

only when my husband is around, he travels half the time lol.. he makes me eat 3 times a day errrrgh

actually almost all nutritionist recommend eating 5 smaller meals to get optimal benefit.
