American kids say things like: "It takes one to know one!" and "I'm rubber, you're glue..." but British kids get to say: "Why don't you shut your cake hole, you dozy beggar!" or "Bugger off you Brummy git!" I love the colorful language of British insults!

I've never heard anyone say things like that and I live in Britain. Most people from both sides of the Atlantic tend to swear when they insult in my experience.
