Is USB2.0 12V DC?

Is there a 12V DC Wire on USB 2.0 Ports in Laptop/ Notebook Computers? (I want to power a 12V DC 80mm Cooling Fan from my Laptop/Notebook PC but I don't think it has a molex connector).

No, it is 5VDC, there is no 12VDC power in a notebook PC anymore, some of the older models had it, but no longer.

I'm pretty sure that USB 2.0 is 5VDC, not 12.
