I don't know if it is the cure for them because I'm not sure what the condition is. There are about a million uses and counting so you could probably come up with a solution to whatever the problem is using duct tape and your creativity.

I've personally found having a shrine to Loraina Bobbit in my house works better then duct tape..lol..
