Sounds like a ship's store. A chandlery is a store where ship materials are purchased.
Chandling is a ship to ship supply service.

A ships chandler is one who supply a ships with some parts and equipment but mostly they are the grocery store for ships. Most ships know what the chandler has or what they would be able to get. They would then place an order of the food and misc. items they need and the chandler deliviers it all to the ship.
