Hey, why you beating up on that man in the back of the buss? You know what it's like being last choice all your life? How about when you finally meet your soul mate, you know dat piece of bread that's number 1, you know she was like some pretty girl with a little more back on her dat no one wanted. And by the time she do find her mate at the end of the loaf,,she be all stale and flakey. Like I say that man at the back of the buss, he gets no respect.

I like the crust of the bread. If noone in the house eats it though I throw it out for the birds.

I throw it out as soon as I open the bread up. My husband get's so mad when I do that - he says it's wasting. But he NEVER eats it anyway!!! I get sick of pulling it out, getting my bread, putting it back in!!!
This is a GREAT question - ongoing issue in our house!!!!!

I eat it. But the purpose of those end pieces, is to keep the rest of the bread as fresh as possible.

I do. It's not my favorite part but I still eat it. My fiance deosn't really like it, but he'll eat it if he has to. So, when we are eating together, I take the end piece so that he doesn't have to eat it. I just love him soooo much!!

well there is always other things you can make with it, like bread crumbs, breadpudding and others, be inventive.

Dont make youre kids eat it iff the dont like to and
dont trow it away or maybe to the ducks in the park.
