help them live the life they choose ......and not wot people expect them to do.....life's far to sort to amble about in you've gotta grab each day by the throat squeeze it and shout what are ya gonna do for me today

… the best thing that we can do for all in general is to be ourselves. We can be the best, the possible way that we are. We can talk, think and behave excellently well; all people see our life as a parallel to their own, we should take extra care to present ourselves in a way that is reassuring and life enhancing, making people believe that life can be this good, or life is worth living and worth striving for. There can be envy, jealousy and dishonestly along the way, but people who get caught up in complaining and moaning only end up proving that life is miserable and bad – promote life, be a good representative for what you have at the first place.

Secondly try and convince them to be more tolerant to those less able than themselves!
