To Live in N.C or N.J.?

I am thinking of moving to N.C. basically, because my entire famiy is there and I am in a dead end job here in NJ. If I go, I would be going down before I had a job there. Does anyone know what the job market is like there? (Charlotte) I currently do commercial real estate, but I don't have a college degree. From what I've seen, it's a little harder to get something there w/o one.

Come to NC. It's better than NJ. Your family is here. The people are nicer. It smells better and the weather is better!!
