In Bihar there is urgent need of an IISER ,but why not Govt. of India opening it in Bihar?

Indian Institute of Science for Education and Research (IISER) is a new establishment of Govt. of India to strengthen and uplift status of science education and research in the country. Overlooking the recommendations to minimize disparities, as pointed by India science report 05, in the distributions of COEs across the country four IISERs has been established yet. Our hon'ble president has repeatedly emphasized the need of opening an IISER in Bihar. 　Due to absence of central institutes of higher educations, Bihar is the least fund fetching state for higher　education. Is it right to say that the central government is ignoring recommendations of hon'ble president and it should open an IISER in Bihar with priority.

I agree with your position. The bureaucracy at center moves at its own pace. Perhaps the Chief Minister of Bihar needs to take this up as a priority and contact the central govt. The M.P.s from Bihar can raise this in the parliament. Good luck!

Bihar was the main center of education in ancient times.
Now in new delhi Bihar govt. is not getting any support due to Laloo lbby.
Nitishkumar is doing best for Bihar but central Govt. is having a negative attitude.
