In the Phils?---any cinema and all music stores.
Abroad?------get TFC on cable if available or go to any Filipino store.

on cinema1 and on pbo, they're local cable channels
cinema1 is availabe with the filipino channel(tfc) for filipinos abroad

if you don't have cable, go to seafood city, or island pacific, or any filipino store. they sell dvds of filipino movies. ask the seller for recommendations.
