None of the 3, my appetite would be gone so there would be no point in sending it back. I would just never eat there again and I would probably spread the word about how I found hair in my food.

I would just pick it out, sending it back almost always makes more trouble, then you'll not only have hair, but spit and other things in your food as well.

Haha this happened to me when I was eating a salad. I found a hair in it and I was gonna send it back when my grandma took the dish and started eating from it hair and all....eww!!! It was a disgusting sight.

I would never eat it, I would tell the manager and ask for a refund and go home. Hair in my food would pretty much make me lose my hunger. I clip my own hair up when I cook even for myself.

Eew. Send it back and leave. If there's a hair in my food who knows what other bodily substances might be in there.

I would put my fork down and tell the waitress. I would NOT want another plate of food--I would request that my meal that I did not eat be paid for by the establishment.

If I just started my meal I would request a refund, polite, if I'm almost finishing, just tell the Manager what happened, no requesting refund and no coming back to that place

Sweetie, unless the girl you're eating out has shaved it, there is always hair in your food.
