That is quick, but it shouldn't hurt you. My mom got pregnant only three months after having twins and had no problems. I would ask your obstetrician.

Well, it up to you. I had my first son Nov of 03, then got pregnant again in Jan of 04, and gave birth to my second son early on Halloween of 04. The next time I waited a bit longer and had my third son April of 06.
It really wreaked havoc on my body, my back in particular, and my teeth. Those babies just zap the calcium right out of ya. So I had a few teeth that needed to be pulled and am told that I am likely to suffer with osteporosis as I get older, but it was worth it for my kids. Some people would think that its hard having three boys three and under, but we love it, and I am glad that they are so close in age; they will alwyas have a friend. So if you can handle two little ones at once, I would say go for it, but be prepared for a bit of a rocky road, i.e potty training and such is a bit difficult with a baby around. Good Luck

Most Doctors will say that the female body needs a year to recuperate from pregnancy. Carrying a baby is hard work on your body, and your nutrition. You will need that year to build up your vitamins and minerals again, and let your spin straighten up a bit.

Also, It may be hard for you to concieve so soon after delivery, especially if you are breastfeeding. (Breastfeeding is a great way to help your body heal and prepare it for the next pregnancy.) But don't think taht breastfeeding is a birth control.

I would also wait until you have delivered. I found that I had a lot of emotional healing I needed to do as well as physical. I am planning on having more children, but I needed to make sure I was healthy so that I could be the best mom I could be.

I had a baby boy in July 06 and I`m due August 07...I was not planing it however, it just happened...It`s not recommend to get pregnant right after having a baby,( I`m not sure of the time frame they say to give your body), but let`s face it...it happens all the time!! I have had no problems and everything is going good...There`s alot of women out there that go for their 6 week check-up and our already pregnant...It`s your choice. Talk to your doctor and then you can make an informed choice .Good Luck to you and Congrats!!

Its up to you. There is no reason why you cant. The demands of a new baby can be a very emotional and stressful time. You may feel differently once your baby has arrived. There is 13 months between my sister and I. My mom coped well but she had a lot of support (from my dad and her parents). In my opinion there is no wrong or right time to have a baby nothing can prepare you. If once your baby is born it feels right for you and your family go for it. I wish you and your family all the luck in the world and hope the rest of your pregnancy goes well.

Not if you think you can handle it... I had my son November of 2003 and it's still too soon for me to get pregnant again... once you have the baby you may change your mind.

If your not careful and your body heals fast you could if not careful end up pregnant shortly after the 6 week mark. I gave birth to my Daughter in February and was expecting again in June. Everything was fine for mine. I really don;t know the pros and cons of the spacing but families have done it for centuries.
