It is like an ocean wave: You either ride it or you get clobbered by it. You can't stop it because it is the natural evolution of the world, given the advances in travel and communications.
In the end, it optimizes the allocation of resources but, like any change, it will require some painful adaptation.

Because of the globalisation only we're talking to each other. I'm living only because of globalisation. I do internet business.
