YouTube.com problems! PLEASE HELP!!!?

Here is what i did! I made a video using windows mooviemaker! when i went to upload it on youtube i went back mater on and it said THIS
~~~Upload failed invalid file format~~~

does anyone know how i can fix this and get my video to work!!!

i usually upload mine in a wma and it works perfect. . .

their site says

YouTube accepts video files from most digital cameras, camcorders, and cell phones in the .WMV, .AVI, .MOV, and .MPG file formats.

use another program..
