I reckon the reason Nadal loses so many matches is that even though he's got a great game, it's quite 1-dimensional and once a player figures out how to beat him....they're basically gonna keep on beating him. (blake, berdych gonzales..the list goes on)
In terms of that Federer rocks, cause he just keeps improving (like roddick got so close at shanghai and reckoned he had a serious shot at the Aus open and Fed just totally wasted him)

As with the rankings thing I don't think Nadal will be ranked nr2 anymore after Wimbly as he is now under immense pressure to defend his points from last year at both the French and Wimbledon and I don't think he will cope with this.

Please don't freak out if you disagree, these are simply my views... which if you look at the facts are rather accurate.

It's a fact that Nadal is great only on Clay. Federer is enjoying his reign as No.1 and even if he is to relinquish his No.1 position(which is not likely in the near future) Nadal will not take over. there are other guys playing better than Nadal

Federer will stay #1 for another 3- 4 years. No one at this point can beat hiim at every tournament. Only Nadal can defeat Federer on clay, but Federer might even win Roland Garros if he keeps up his luck in that tournament. Overall, only the younger players, like Murray and Nadal, can beat him once he is in his later years in tennis (like in his 30's)

When will Ronaldinho take over Zizou's three world player of the year awards? Its like asking that. And no Nadal will not be number 1 in the near future since Federer has such a huge lead.

nadal got no chance at all as roger federer is too strong now.he's still young at 25 only,he should be the best player in the world of tennis to extend his wins to 180 consecutive weeks record as world # 1.

depends on how long he can stay healthy, but if that constant remains, i say he can double his current streak. don`t think anyone on the radar now will be the one to overtake him.
