No It's nothing to do with Tiscalli.

Has anyone else got access to your computer.

Do you mean the complete computer or just I.E. if it's just I.E. then it could be tiscalli but I doubt it.

Hello,

(ANS) Clearly the settings which run your computer have been modified or completely changed. How does this happen? There are a number of possible causes, these are:-

No.1 You accidentally changed yourself without realising?

No.2 You installed some software which has changed settings.

No.3 Your machine has a virus, a worm infection, a Trojen Horse infection, spyware or malware or adware which has changed the settings.

**No! Tiscali (your internet service providor) wouldnt have done this.

**Yes! almost certainly it can be fixed & reset to how you had the system setup before but its impossible to do this by email, by posting here, you need a skilled computer technician or PC repair person to fix this for you.

My advise is too now leave well alone as you might make things even more complex, tangled & difficult to sort out if you fiddle any further yourself.

**Get a skilled IT person to come to you and see the machine in the place you use it, ask them if they can fix it or sort it out for you. And ask what that involves & how much it might cost.
