You'll need to volunteer for military or police vehicle positions.
The training is free. While the wage is low your experience will include every possible type of weather, at all hours, and service includes some mechanical repair functions. Afterward, well,
every lady has her say. If in something of the sort military or police a transfer request for additional training will look good in your records. Hop to it.

Fisrt off if you are already driving then you know the road rules and second you should not need one if you are over 18 just read the book about three times and you will pass the test..good luck. I did my first test at 18 and if I can pass anyone can.

If they did they would be earning about £4.00 an hour. Who in there right mind is going to train for two years, go through 3 very tough exams and then work for £4.00 an hour?
