its your choice. there will nothing change if you dont say HI, but if you say hi and when you respect someone that will help you to control your Ego. at the same time its make that person pleased. so what,s wrong in being humble with others? this is the best way to win someone's heart.

Saying Hi itself does not mean the purpose of it. We should always deliver that with a smile. Your Hi should brighten up the opponent with a reciprocated smile which will add clarity to the face and giving comfort to heart feelings.
Respect is nothing but the importance and the realisation of the value of a person. We should carry that in our heart. It is not just respectable words means respect is given.
If you dint respect a person you will not get respected simple.

Why you feel like that you are saying Hi and you are not respecting? Have respect in your heart. Do not bother about the words. They will suite to the tune of your inner voice.

There are many ways to express yourself in terms of body gesture, attitude and choice of words to people. You choose and decide which way you want to define your personality and style. People judges people all the time. You can choose to respect others or you can choose to ignore, being respectful of others may or may not earn you the respect you want but at least you know you are in the stepping stone in earning other people's respect by gaining their respect.

Respecting others and dealing with them in a polite and good manner, usually comes out of great and deep feeling of self-respect. we always deal with others the same way are expecting others to deal with us. So, if I’m seeking for others respect, I should respect them in the first. This is my way of dealing with others.
