Number 1 and 2 phillips screwdriver, manual dexterity, and the brain to coordinate them. Do not over tighten!

Phillips Screw Driver- changeable heads preferably
Tweezers and Long-nose pliers- for picking screws,jumpers,etc,
Anti-ESD or grounding strap
Multi-meter(optional)
small plastic sealable cups and anti-static bags
