I think this speaks for it's self.

Map: You are so wrong! The messenger is half the Message... You don't put up a person who obviously is against the very thing he is preaching.

The left did it to Tom Haggard and his anti-gay stance.

And yet the right is not supposed to point out Gore's own Hypocrisy?

If I was to go up to people and say "Do not commit violence on others." but I turn around and slug some one in the face... doesn't that prove I do not support my own personal beliefs?

The voice that speaks the message is just as important as the Message it’s self.

He needs to be called-out on this . Either that, or he can just forget about gaining any credibility .

This is a perfect example of what the right has done for years. Rather that counter a message they don't like with something as mundane as facts, they attack the messenger.
Global Warming is not about Al Gore. He's just the messenger. The number of kilowatt hours he uses or gallons of gasoline are irrelevant. What matters is whether or not global warming is real, is exacerbated by man and if there is anything man can do about it. Al Gore could drop dead tomorrow, all his homes burned to the ground and the issue would still be here.

Can anyone say hypocrite? Yes global warming is a fact. Most scientists and meteorologists agree that indeed the earth has warmed .07 degree Celsius in the last 100 years or so. I don't mind that at all I am kind of cold natured anyway. lol The argument is that is this something that is going to destroy the earth? And is man the main cause of this terrible global warming? But Al even narrowes it down to Americans being the worst offenders. And good old Al is leading the way as one of the biggest offenders. gotta love the guy! He reestablishes my belief in conservatism almost on a daily basis..

Is this the same Al Gore whose Tennessee mansion uses 20 times the national average of energy consumption and flies everywhere in a big private CO2 producing lear jet?

well, am an american and i know that not all americans are using less energy. i think people will try. and of course not everyone is going to help, just like how there are some americans who don't believe there is global warming until they see proof but, w.e. with them. but, not all americans are. i am not but, i will try my best, its hard to change your life if your use to certain things being a certain way. am start with little things and then go for bigger things like cars.

America is currently part of the problem for the rest of the world rather than its solution: too few people consuming too large a portion of the world's resources; one country trying to impose its will on the rest of the world. Anything that seeks to cut this over-consumption and over-lording is welcome news.

It figures. He has no credibility in my mind. I think he is trying to guilt and scare people because he's still pissed about Florida 2000. Get over it AL, YOU LOST.
