Allowing legal abortions in one or more of the following situations:

If an abortion is needed to save the life of the woman, or
bullet

To prevent the woman from experiencing permanent disability, or

To prevent the woman having serious health problems.

When the fetus is so malformed that it will only live a matter of hours after birth.

When the fetus has a chromosome abnormality -- e.g. those that cause Down Syndrome.

Where the pregnancy was the result of rape or incest.

But, Many are motivated by a belief that human personhood begins at conception. Thus, an abortion murders a baby.

So, as much as possible don't abort a baby.

Of course not. Killing innocent human beings is wrong. By the time most women know they are pregnant (just 3 weeks after conception), their child's heart is already beating. Take a look at this:

It is legal, and it should stay that way.
If death by lethal injection, or by the electric chair or whatever else is legal, then why not abortion?
I think that it is the womans right to choose. period

YES i live in Australia, and it is legal here. would you rather a person have to keep a child that was a result of rape! or she can not provide for the child, or even resents it when born and as a result of that she abuses the child??? Portection should be free aswell.

Irrelevant, it's legal here in the states. However, I think that it should not be for in the Declaration of Independence we are treated to certain rights such as Life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That right to live supersedes all others.
