thanks for the response however I have already filed a complaint which is why the police are involved.
An italian passport was used and I the reciprint is not italian not only that it say's that if you reuest for somewhere specific they should honour that and they did'nt.
The police said the way they are operating is bad and I will have to take legal action. I am wondering if there are any alternatives. Please do not respond if you don't have a good answer.

This question is a bit hard to understand. If I am correct in assuming that you have used Western Union to pay for something that you have not received, then unless you can trace the person who should have sent you the goods- you will not have much luck.

IF western union say they will only pay out at a specific location AND this not did occur thus facilitating the fraud. You may have a case against them.

I dont know your case, you should see you local citizens advice bureau for free advice.

All I know is that western union and similar things are sometimes used by con artists to obtain money and not supply promised goods.

this may have something to do with the amount and the NEW ICE laws regarding international wire they are a scary to you as they ar to western union and have not be thorughly tested. in this case I say the best way to determine the definition of the law is to sue western union....for once the cops are right.
