Why do you want to remove it in the first place? It's not seen by anybody unless you're going to become a model or something. So, stop wasting time and concentrate on doing constructive things. Removing hair on your legs, hands and pits, is acceptable and I'd appreciate that.

My dr recommended that I trim instead. I used to shave regularly but then started having problems with ingrown hairs and the razor burns.

i usually wax it is the least painful in the long run after its all said and done because i have a really big problem with razor burn and with waxing unlike plucking it is one and ur done not one by one so i hope this helps but for me its waxing

The safest method is lazer...but it is expensive,
2nd safest is waxing, still painful but clean and no ingrown hairs, followed by shaving...Of course you can let it grow...There isn't anything wrong with that...Keep it clean and trimmed...
