What components should I use to Build a 400 Cube(or there abouts) Clevo with supercharger?

How would I build one cheap, but still have strength? and should I use a 302 Block, or 351?(for rego purposes)

you should know byn now that ford has found the problem with their products. THEY CIRCLED IT AND PAINTED IT BLUE. but ford has also released the boss 302 block again. not everyone will be able to build one of these as they run about 1800 dollars
