Call your doctor. You might be in labor. Are you having any other symptoms? Headache? Swelling in fingers or face? If so, go to the ER.

Sounds like the babies comming soon and your body is getting adjusted. I was sick all through my pregnancys. Towards the end it felt like anything i ate or any way i moved was going to make me sick. Call the doc. to be on the safe side just to make sure theres nothing wrong. My sister got really sick at the end and it was her bodies way of telling her the tubes were tied around the babies neck so be on the safe side and call your doc. good luck.

To feel like this nearing full term is not unusual. Pregnancy can make you constipated, and s for the sickness, your baby may be a big one there fore pressing on your stomach and making you feel ill, this may also be the cause of your constipation. Try peppermint water to ease the symptoms. If in any doubt or your symptoms are starting to give you real cause for concern, see your doctor.

I felt sick the day before I went into labour with both my children. As this has been going on for 2 days, like the other guys say,I would call your midwife just to be safe.

At 39 weeks you should talk to a doctor. It's probably nothing more than the fact you're almost ready to give birth, but when in doubt talk to a doctor in that situation.

The first answer if probably correct - I was as sick as a dog when I was in labour. Get the hot water and towels at the ready! And best wishes to you and yours.

Go get seen by the doctor. It could be mornings sickness but usually that starts more to the beginning of the pregnancy. Call the doctor today.
