Over he last year i have had red spots appear on my back!
i'm a chef so i have a feeling it might be the jacket i'm wearing!
can anyone help me in getting rid of these spots ?

try changing washing powders, or even the jacket, least then you'll find out whether it is the jacket or not and whether to consult your GP

The same thing happens to me.
My first advice is to make sure that you rinse the shampoo from your back with a long loofah and shower gel - the shampoos we use clog up our pores and sweating in our clothes doesn't help that matter.
If that doesn't work within a week then ask someone close to you to rub tea tree oil into your back, not too much but enough to cover the spots, it's not greasy and will absorb into the skin quickly. Repeat this every other day and then once a week.
I think you're the same as me, it's just the shampoo getting stuck.

ok i have these and when you go in the shower dont let the shampoo get into the spots because it clogs it up and just apply clearisal and they should heel up soon good luck x

exfoliate using a loofah and maybe wash with a tea tree product

Change the detergent you use to wash your sheets and towels. If you send them out to be washed, change cleaners.

use lemon soap, u can get outa a health shop! yummy it smells goos too

they could be from whering to tight clothing, or from being in a hot tub. or they could be acne, ask ur doctor
