If you contact your nearest garden centre, i am sure they will put you in touch with a local landscape gardener who will do this job for you. Do not use a cowboy or someone from down the road as you need it laying properly also you could look in yellow pages for a reputable firm or even ask a friend/colleague who may have used someone for a similar job. Remember word of mouth is the very best advert. Good luck.

Druids?

No, seriously, have you seen something similar locally? Word of mouth recommendations are usually good for this sort of thing so it is worth knocking on the door of a house that has what you want.
Or search internet/yellow pages/house & garden magazines for landscaping that is similar to what you want.

You can do this yourself easily. Get a good length of string and a stick to hammer into the ground. Then tie a sharp piece of wood to the end of the string for the diameter of the circle you want,. Then simply scribe out a circle. This gives you a perfect cicrcle to work from.
