I have a faulty phone Nokia 7390 which I have brought down to wheelock Nokia Care centre, which the so called branch Manager agreed to replace a new phone 4 me, but who know after waiting 4 almost 3 weeks the reply given is another 3 weeks.And I have been following up calls to them!The staff is super rude I can tell you, he say if I am not happy than complain to case. Their company have no policy for 1 to 1 exchange! Base on their compnay policy and warranty is repair only, and no guranteen wherther the ph is working well! So ppl pls tell me is Nokia phone really gd till Nokia needs so many care centre which not even caring for their end-user!

With so many people using Nokia phones, they have no problem ignoring irate customers. Shouting out loud won't help. This time you can't win. Get a replacement phone and wait patiently. Case won't help you to fight a multinational company. You need 6'000 dollars war chest to get your day in court.
