my breasts are sore andmy nipples have little wart like spots any ideas what it could be thanks

The sore breasts can be an indicator of your period coming if you are waiting for it to come, the wart like thing could be a cyst or a pimple (yep, pimples can get on the breast too) but I would recommend checking with your dr to be on the safe side.

Please do not worry if I am not wrong you must be very young . You are in developing stage. Your breast are in growing stage that is the reason you have these minor observations(Not the problem). This is good that your breast are growing . Pl. do some exercises to ton up the Breast muscles.
