just yesterday i switched from Clinique to MAC foundation. i use YSL mascara, Chanel bronzer, Chanel eye liner, Mac tinted lip gloss, Mac blusher, Dior eye shadows. I have a range of make-up brands in my large (lol i love make-up!) make-up bag. I just go around all the beauty counters and choose what I like the best. But i tend to go for the more well-known and slightly expensive brands because I know that I will get a good product and know that it won't damage my skin as your face is what is seen by all.

It all depends on how much you want to spend on your products, if you want to go cheap and cheerful there's always boots no.17, but in all honesty when it comes to make up i would reccomend that you spend that little bit more as the quality will be great. Bonjour are great for eye colour they tend to stay on all day and are easily blendable. Mascara i would go for either Clarins Wonder Volume Mascara or Clinique High Definition, these are great to lengthen lashes and give them the longer thicker look. For foundation, clarins true radiance is great but your looking at about £20 for the bottle, will give you great coverage and a flawlless finish, for blusher you can tend to get away with anything as long as you use light sweeping movements over your chhekbones as to not making it look so caked on if ya know what i mean. Good brushes is also a key to great make-up, Lancome and Benefit sell great brushes, and i always reccommend to use a foundation brush as you get a better coverage. If you are interested in a name brand make up, in you r local department store they have the counters, if you go and see them the consultant will always be happy to help you in choosing and matching the best colours to suit you. Good luck!

well I'd say use a combination. I have dream matt mousse, I think that's maybelline? It's very good, also max factor mascara's pretty good.
